What is Metallizing?
Vacuum Metallizing is a surface finishing process where a thin
layer of aluminum is deposited on plastic parts to create a
metallic mirror finish.
This coating is protected using UV coatings or thermal curing
coatings, providing durability, scratch resistance and long-
lasting appearance.

From Concept to Precision Manufacturing
01. Understanding requirements
First we understand various requirements like quantity, functional, aesthetic to decide on the process suitable for particular part.
02. Design Suggestions
Based on shortlisted process either thermal or UV metalizing, we decide on profile suitability and limitations and also holding requirement for our process.
03. Commercial & Production Terms
We then finalize the commercials with the customer based on inputs and packaging requirements, planning methodology. This includes development time frame, etc.
04. NPD
1st is the trials for basic approval
2nd we get limit samples (Light-Standard-Dark) signed off from
customer after the pilot production
05. Quality Inspection
Every batch is checked for adhesion, gloss, color matching ,
etc. with limit samples.
We follow strict FPA, In Process and PDI process checks to
ensure our production falls under acceptable quality limit (AQL)
as approved by the customer
